Principles of Aluminum Coil Coating

In terms of pre-treatment, for conventional spray pre-treatment systems, efforts should be made to use more automatic control devices to improve efficiency and save reagents by monitoring the treatment solution. In terms of coatings, efforts will be made to strengthen the research on fast drying water-soluble coatings to reduce the use of diluent solvents and meet the requirements of high-speed units.
